- A basic introduction to chocolate-making, with the emphasis on creativity and fun
- Our Chocolatiers will entertain you with the magical legends of chocolate. Watch our ultimate exotically flavoured chocolate made before your eyes – and then get to try it!
- Discover the process from bean to bar – could this be the first time you sample raw cocoa nibs and 100% pure chocolate?
- Make and decorate a personalised Green & Black’s bar or giant Green & Black’s chocolate button
- After a demonstration by the Chocolatier, it’s your turn to get creative as you work in pairs to make dark chocolate truffles from raw ingredients
- Create your own handmade chocolates from rich dark chocolate ganache, milk chocolate praline, bowls of melted Green & Black’s and decorations including white chocolate flakes, coconut, 100’s and 1000’s and cocoa powder
- Everyone will make approximately 15 -20 handmade chocolates (it all depends how big you make ‘em)
- Package your chocolates in ribbon tied bags to take home.
