OK, we know that man (nor woman) can live on chocolate alone (believe us, we’ve tried), which is why we teamed up with Bertorellis to host chocolate making events in their simple, elegant dining rooms all around the city. We’re so sold on their Champignon Farci (grilled field mushroom filled with sautéed spinach, topped with a poached egg and mornay sauce) as a starter that we sometimes fail to leave room for pudding.
