A corporate away day to remember, the Chocolate and Cocktail Making Master Class is our most mouthwateringly sophisticated creative team building activity. Individually tailored to suit your requirements, this unique corporate activity is an utterly relaxing and fun experience to share with colleagues for team building camaraderie or to entertain clients with a little twist of indulgent fun.

Chocolate Mixology
The workshop starts with a bang, in the form of eclectic cocktails combining intriguing flavours with classic recipes, making for taste twists that will really get you talking! You’ll be guided through the background and concepts of mixology and cocktail making, before leaving all you know about mixing traditional cocktails at the door to create some unique mixes.  You’ll learn how to blend the perfect and uniquely exquisite Tom Collins, followed by a classic Mai Tai with a chocolate twist, with guidance from the masters and of course a lot of testing and tasting!

Team Building Chocolate Making
Bonding over cocktails will set you up for the paired chocolate making workshop. After demonstrations from our Master Chocolatiers, you’ll be working in teams of two to dip and decorate smooth and rich dark chocolate truffles using chocolate and decorations including white chocolate flakes, and caramelised hazelnuts. During the team building truffle making, you’ll learn how to make irresistible chocolate flavours such as zesty Sicilian Lemon and how to infuse a cheeky nip of alcohol into the mix. The chocolatey fun will continue with everyone creating personalised chocolate slabs and mould delicious gooey milk chocolate fudge, flavour your fudge with cystalised ginger, raspberry crumble and strawberry curls.

Prizes and Goody Bags
We’ll be awarding special prizes throughout your event, for creative ingenuity and the most original infusions and mixes. Every team member will leave this deliciously indulgent corporate away day with their own creations from the chocolate making workshop (including at least 15 handmade chocolates), packaged up in gorgeous ribbon tied bags.
